Did you know that many neurodivergent individuals are successful because of their differences, rather than in spite of them? Therefore, focusing on each individual's strengths is key. In my work, I prioritize emphasizing and capitalizing on client strengths, while providing guidance to help them persevere and overcome their challenges.

If you're an adult with ADHD, or living with someone with ADHD, you know how challenging it can be to navigate through life. However, there's good news! You can now take advantage of our ADHD support group that has been designed to help you with your ADHD.
Come join us for an evening of open conversation, shared stories, and a supportive atmosphere. Together, we can navigate the challenges and celebrate the successes that come with ADHD.
What you can expect.
In our support groups, we will engage in learning, practicing, and providing mutual support to one another. It is important to note that what works for one person may not work for others, as we are all unique individuals. However, through the power of community, we will realize that we are not alone and can gain valuable insights from one another. Even if just one thing is gained from these sessions, we can already consider ourselves further ahead.
